On the borders of Berry and Creuse, in the heart of the Black Valley, land of the writer George Sand, close to Châtre and Aigurande, in the countryside and isolated at the end of an alley, this gîte is ideal for numerous hikes, with calm and relaxing activities.
It is surrounded by meadows, woods and dotted with a stream in the lower back of the house. Children will be safe there because the first roads are far away.
The plus points: 5 km away, a nautical leisure center (open from the end of April to the end of October with ski lift and many other activities such as swimming, BMX track, disc golf and pétanque but also an 18-hole golf course and a center balneotherapy. Old renovated Berry farm where you can come and relax in peace, with family or friends with a large private garden.
On the ground floor: large living room (stove), equipped kitchen, office/laundry room, bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet with hand basin and a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 4 90 cm beds, bathroom and separate toilet.

Heating by heat pump and wood for the stove (included in the price).
Baby kit provided on request (high chair, booster chair, travel cot with mattress, bathtub, changing mat, potty and toilet booster seat). 1 disabled toilet on the ground floor with adapted sink.
