In a village in Berry, with shops and ponds, a few minutes from Lake Eguzon, terraced house with large reception room and dormitory upstairs with a courtyard with a pétanque court, a terrace and 'a small grassy area and independent house.

The extras: sheets, bathroom linen, end-of-stay cleaning and heating included in the price. Gîte Madeleine accommodation:
On the ground floor: Large living room serving as a reception room with bar, lounge area, dance floor area, laundry room, WC, fitted and equipped kitchen

Upstairs: a large tray with 6 alcoves each containing 1 140 cm bed and 2 benches

Independent house Gîte des Ecoles:
On the ground floor: living room with dining area, sofa bed (sleeping possible), dining area and equipped kitchen (no oven but microwave/grill) - bathroom/wc.

Upstairs: open attic bedroom (without door from the staircase) with 2 double beds, office area and access to a small balcony).

Outside: a terrace, a pétanque court and a furnished courtyard

Terrace with direct access to the living room and access to the gîte via the courtyard with 3 steps and another to reach the front of the gîte. Parking (on the street) in front of the gîte or on the village square.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash cans), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption - if the heating in the gîte is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will have to be paid on site to the hosts).
