Here you will feel at home, the property retains the essence of the Mediterranean. The house is located in the north of the island in a very quiet village, Son Serra de Marina, next to Ca'n Picafort.
The house has four well-furnished bedrooms, two with a double bed and the other two with two single beds. There are three bathrooms, one with a shower, the other two with a bathtub.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, also well furnished, with a dishwasher. The living room is cozy and invites you to stay. Satellite TV and WiFi are available.
The garden is very well maintained. It has an outdoor kitchen with a grill, also has garden furniture with a nice table to enjoy nice bbqs on sunny evenings. You are spoiled for choice when it comes to spending unforgettable times in a great location that also offers a nice sized swimming pool for you to have fun with. A ping-pong table is available for sporting activities.

- All guests aged over 16 staying in the holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
