In the living room there is a large leather sofa with chaise longue. The TV can be rotated 360º, and you can even view it from the outdoor seating area. In the elegant dining room you have a magnificent view of the sea.
In this open environment, a large kitchen island dominates the spacious and functional kitchen, fully equipped with high quality appliances. These include, in addition to traditional appliances, a dishwasher and a wine refrigerator.

On the same floor there is a bedroom with bathroom, equipped with exclusive pieces by Philippe Stark.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 further bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The double bed in the first bedroom has a solid and noble oak headboard. The second bedroom offers spectacular sea views. It also has its own dressing room and a private bathroom with 2 hydro-massage showers.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped gymnasium as well as a large TV and surround sound system.
From the basement you can access the garage and the utility room with washing machine and dryer.

The modern design continues in the outdoor space, with large terraces, equipped with modern furniture and offering sea views.
