The finca consists of a rustic living/dining room, a very well equipped country house kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people . Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, baby cot and high chair. The outdoor area includes a garden, a covered and furnished terrace and a roof terrace with a seating area and parasol. A barbecue and a wood stove are also at your disposal - here you can prepare delicious meals outdoors. The highlight of the accommodation is the 32 m² swimming pool, which will allow you to cool off on hot summer days. Surrounded by nature and with a view of the mountains, you will spend a quiet vacation here with a high level of privacy. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in Santa Margalida (4.3 km) and the coastal town of Can Picafort (5.5 km). From here you can also visit the beautiful sandy beaches of Playa de Can Picafort and Playa de Muro. Parking is available at the property. Sheets and towels are included in the price. There is a supplement for electricity consumption and air conditioning. This house has a 24-hour emergency medical assistance service. There are a few sheep on the property, but outside the house fence. With additional charges: Early check-in and late check-out incur additional charges. House Rules: Smoking is prohibited. The holiday home is preferably rented to families, couples or quiet groups. Parties and all other kinds of events are allowed. It is prohibited to bring pets.
