Welcome to Ca Na Beu, your traditional Mallorcan style holiday finca, just 4 km from the village of Santanyi and just 44 km from Palma Airport. The property consists of a beautiful holiday home of approximately 250 m2 and a total of 15,000 m2 of private land, divided into beautiful gardens and spacious terraces that will delight the whole family. The swimming pool is spacious and has sun loungers; the swimming pool measures 50 m2. The comfortable living room with integrated kitchen has been recently renovated and offers direct access to the swimming pool.
The holiday villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating in all rooms. It has a total of 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, distributed as follows: On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor there are 3 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and a baby bed and the others with 2 single beds each) and a full bathroom with shower. The third bathroom is outside the house and is discreetly placed on the side of the building.
The picturesque village of Santanyi, just 4 km from the house, offers all amenities: several supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. Impressive beaches like Cala Mondragó, located in a natural park, or Cala Llombards are only about 15 minutes away by car. .
We take the safety of our guests very seriously and have increased our cleaning procedures in accordance with COVID-19 protocols: we use professional disinfectant cleaners throughout the property, all surfaces and touch points are disinfected after each departure and our linens and towels are provided by professional high temperature hygienic service providers. Free hand sanitizer is available to our guests.
For our little guests you can reserve a baby cot and a high chair free of charge.
This is a non-smoking accommodation.
We draw your attention to the fact that it is forbidden to organize stag parties and loud music.
Tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid upon arrival at the property (€2.2 per adult per night from May to October).
