Magnificent fully restored residence located 5 minutes walk from the banks of the Loire and the vineyards. Numerous opportunities for visits and walks will delight you, such as the Canal Bridge in Briare, the earthenware factory of Gien, Sancerre, the Guédelon and of course the Loire route by bike. If the sensations tempt you, an ultralight adventure on the Beaulieu base and for the less adventurous a canoe trip.
Offering 5 bedrooms all with their private bathroom, 3 are equipped with a 140 cm double bed, one bedroom with a 160 cm bed and one bedroom with two 90 cm beds. You will have a very pretty living room and a kitchen with all the amenities including robot, raclette oven. In the attic, a relaxation and play area for children. In the courtyard, a gas barbecue will allow you to share friendly moments. On the ground floor, an entrance, a living room with 2 sofas and armchairs, an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a small vaulted cellar on the same level. The living room and kitchen overlook a courtyard including garden furniture with gas barbecue.
On the 1st floor, a magnificent bedroom equipped with a 160 cm bed and its bathroom (shower and bathtub) wc and another bedroom with a 140 cm bed and its shower room and wc.
On the 2nd floor, two bedrooms with 140 cm beds and their bathroom, toilet on the landing, as well as another bedroom with 2 90 cm beds with shower room and toilet. All rooms are equipped with internet sockets.
