Old renovated farm between Sologne and Berry, located in a quiet hamlet in the countryside. Gite adjoining another gîte with a wooded garden, the owners are nearby. On the ground floor: kitchen, large living room (lounge/dining room), 1 bedroom (Bedroom n°1 with 1 160 cm bed), bathroom (bath, sink, washing machine), separate toilet.
Floor: 2 bedrooms (Bedroom n°2 with 1 bed 140, Bedroom n°3 with 2 beds 90), bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).

Shared land with the second cottage but each with its adjoining garden space separated by vegetation and its private garden furniture, barbecue.
A parking space in the driveway next to the cottage.
Compulsory cleaning fee for professional stays (80€) as well as the rental of sheets (9€ per person) and the rental of towels (4€/pers)
