In the quiet of the Hameaux de Kerdreff, this 3-room farmhouse is ideal for holidays due to its location not far from the beaches and amenities. It consists of a fully fitted and equipped open kitchen (fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) leading to the living room opening onto a terrace and private enclosed garden, the separate WC is equipped with a hand basin and a washing machine. Upstairs, the hallway with cupboard leads to 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and the other with a 140 cm bed, one with a wardrobe and the other with a cupboard, a bathroom with WC. The accommodation benefits from covered parking and faces south. The garden has a picnic table, a barbecue and a garden shed. The accommodation is equipped with WIFI.

*Cleaning: we require that the trash cans, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles should be placed in the city in the containers provided for this purpose. If there is a linen option, it must be removed right side up and folded at the foot of the bed.
