Via the N88, take the direction of Saint-Julien-Chapteuil then Valence via the D15. Pass Boussoulet then Les Balayes and take the 2nd intersection on the left towards Montbuzat. Before Montbuzat take the first small road on the left, then on the right (pin bend).
This old semi-detached farm with independent entrance located at the foot of the Lizieux peak offers a clear view of the hilly landscapes of Meygal and Mézenc and has a large sheltered terrace for outdoor meals or a moment of relaxation.

Nearby: numerous hikes (Bonas trail, Pic de Lizieux..., loan of topo-guides and maps), Lac Bleu and Lauzière miniature park 2 km away, fishing in the Bouchat ponds (2 km), Le Mazet-St-Voy 6 km (farmer's market, clog maker's workshop, botanical garden), St-Julien-chapteuil 13 km (church, Jules Roman museum, climbing, all shops and services), mountain bases nautical leisure activities in Devesset and Lavalette, 25 minutes each. Access to the gîte is on a gentle slope via the wooden terrace sheltered by the pergola (42 m²), directly to the 1st floor: living room-kitchen (TV, stove-fireplace) topped by a small mezzanine with sofa bed. 1 bedroom (1 160 cm bed), 1 bedroom (2 90 cm beds), separate bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet.

Unfenced land (1000 m²), parking.

Optional services:
- Oil central heating at an additional cost depending on consumption (meter). Wood for the stove provided at an additional cost: €80 per stere (1st fire free).
- Cleaning package at €65, an equivalent deposit will be required if you do not take the option.
- Sheets for the beds at €12 per bed
- Bathroom linen at 10€ per person

A deposit of €200 will be requested upon your arrival at the gîte.
