The 180 sqm house is situated in part of the old Gaggia family home.
The main living area retains the original fireplace which has two benches within it, either side of the fire. The newly built staircase has a gallery looking down onto the main enterance hall. While restoring the building we discovered that the north facing bedroom was already existing when the main house was being built.
The private terrace is south facing surrounded by recently planted olive trees
There is a secluded infinity pool (20m by 5m) with a terrace which overlooks the valley and shared by all ours guests

Casale Monticchio is set in the heart of Umbria. The 18th century farm, which is listed as being of ‘historical importance’, has been carefully restored over the past 15 years. The woods on either side of the valley are also protected for the wildlife.
