Cancellation term
Booking:
*Upon booking, we require a deposit of 30% per apartment. The deposit must be paid within 14 days of booking confirmation. Failure to comply will result in a tacit cancellation of the booking.

Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
Up to 60 days before the date of arrival 30% (deposit amount)
59-0 days before arrival, as well as no-show 95%
No-show or early departure 100%.
