The villa is equipped with a large private swimming pool, which can be heated as an optional extra, a beautifully landscaped garden, and a spacious terrace with sun loungers. A game room on the lower floor provides additional entertainment with snooker, table soccer, darts, and ping pong. This property is not pet-friendly.

Ideally located in Albufeira, the villa is within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. Praia da Oura, a stunning sandy beach, is just 2.5 km away, perfect for sunbathing and water sports. Golf enthusiasts will find a course only five minutes away. The Albufeira Giro bus service and local taxis offer convenient transportation, though car hire is advisable for exploring the region’s scenic beauty, lively nightlife, and cultural attractions.

The villa’s fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, electric hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave. A separate laundry room provides ironing facilities and a washing machine. The open-plan dining and living area features a large dining table, comfortable sofas, and a TV, leading to an outdoor dining space with a barbecue. Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is at 10:00. A seven-night minimum stay is required, with flexible options in the low season.
