With great expectations, we started the renovation of an old winegrower's house in 2022 and created 7 impressive boutique apartments and 2 boutique penthouse apartments with an individual feel-good factor - equipped to a high standard, in the middle of the village and parking spaces on the doorstep. Free WLAN is available throughout the house.
Our location on the Middle Moselle offers a perfect starting point for day trips to Bernkastel-Kues, Trier or Koblenz.
But why go further afield when good things are so close? Experience us and Kröv up close on one of our covered wagon tours including a guided tour of the vineyard, wine tasting and optionally with a grilled vintner's feast or enjoy an evening in our “Römerkeller” restaurant and sit back and relax.
Each apartment has an open-plan living and sleeping area and is equipped as follows.
Our two penthouses also have a free-standing bathtub, 2 balconies and separate living and sleeping areas. Apartment 3 is a barrier-free room, which also has its own designated parking space.

Zahlung
Der Gast ist verpflichtet, die für die Übersendung der Ferienunterkunft und die von ihm in Anspruch genommenen weiteren Leistungen geltenden Preise des Vermieters zu zahlen.
Die Gesamtsumme ist bis spätestens 14 Tage vor Anreise zu zahlen. Die Zahlung kann per Überweisung auf das Konto des Vermieters oder per Paypal überwiesen werden.
Bei kurzfristigen Buchungen (ab 14 Tagen vor Anreise) ist der Gesamtbetrag sofort nach der Buchungsbestätigung zu überweisen.
Im Falle eines Zahlungsverzuges erhält der Gast eine Zahlungserinnerung. Erfolgt daraufhin wiederum keine Zahlung, werden Mahnungen mit einer Mahngebühr von 10€ an den Gast versendet.
Rücktritt
Der Gast hat kein freies Rücktrittsrecht. Bei einem Rücktritt ist der Gast verpflichtet einen Teil des vereinbarten Preises als Entschädigung zu zahlen. Die Höhe der Entschädigung richtet sich nach der folgenden Aufstellung:
kostenfreier Rücktritt bis 14 Tage vor Anreise
70% des Gesamtpreises bei Rücktritt bis 7 Tage vor Anreise
100% des Gesamtpreises bei Rücktritt ab dem 6. Tag vor Anreise
Dies gilt auch bei vorzeitiger Abreise. Aus diesem Grund empfehlen wir den Abschluss einer Reisekostenrücktrittsversicherung.
Ein Rücktritt hat zudem schriftlich zu erfolgen.
