With 35 square meters of living space, the house is already considered a "tiny house" and yet offers everything you need for a good time in the Southern Palatinate. A small hallway with checkroom, the shower room, a fully equipped kitchen with counter and seating, as well as a small but cozy living room are housed in the original main house. The bedroom is located in the extension, where the beams in the roof have been exposed. It offers a cozy retreat. Unfortunately, the cottage has no garden or balcony - but the vineyards are just around the corner!
Das Häuschen ist gut für 1-2 Personen geeignet. Leider ist das Haus nicht barrierefrei und nicht unbedingt für Kinder geeignet, einfach aufgrund der Größe. Solltet ihr jedoch eine Anreise mit Familie planen, meldet Euch gerne mit eurer Anfrage unverbindlich bei mir.

Leider hat das "Pfälzer Hexenhäuschen" keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Dennoch bietet die Straße genug Stellplätze. In Laufnähe von 5 - 20m sind immer ausreichend freie Stellplätze auf der Straße vorhanden - ohne Zeitbeschränkung.
Das Häuschen befindet sich auf einer normalen, befahrenen Straße und hat eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür - mit ein wenig Verkehrslärm muss man leider rechnen, je nach Tageszeit. Dafür sind die Weinberge nur wenige Schritte entfernt.
Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens, Edeka, Tankstelle, Metzger und Bäcker sind im Umkreis von 1,5km vorhanden.
