Our pleasant holiday apartment house Chalet Josi enjoys a quiet, sunny, hilltop location in Leutasch. Its prime location make it the perfect ‘base camp’ for holiday activities both during the winter and summer months here in the Region Seefeld-Tirols Hochplateau.
Chalet Josi has just two holiday apartments and offers a cosy, personal atmosphere. Both apartments are comfortably furnished in a traditional Tyrolean style. The first apartment covers an area of 45 square metres and offers space for 2 – 3 guests. It has one separate bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a sunny south-facing terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains of the Leutaschtal valley. The second, larger apartment offers living space of 80 square metres and can comfortably accommodate between 4 and 6 guests. With two separate bedrooms, a generously-sized living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate WC, the apartment offers everything you need for a relaxed, well-earned break. Thanks to an all-round balcony and a terrace, the larger apartment boasts stunning views in every direction. Wi-Fi internet access is, of course, FREE OF CHARGE. On request we can arrange for freshly baked rolls to be delivered to your apartment every morning.
Relax and unwind in our large garden with sun-bathing lawn, and savour the idyllic forest-side location surrounded by unspoilt natural beauty. On fine summer’s days you can use the barbecue in the garden too. And, of course, Chalet Josi has plenty to keep children amused. The garden includes a play area with table tennis, a swing and a sandpit offering hours of fun. Experience blissful relaxation in our spacious sauna area fitted with a Finnish sauna. In summer our guests enjoy free admission to the ErlebnisWelt Alpenbad Leutasch leisure pool complex. Enjoy long, unhurried walks and take in the stunning scenic beauty of the Leutaschtal valley. Beginning right from the doorstep of Chalet Josi you can follow the themed ‘Reflection Path’, for example. Particularly popular with mountain bikers is the Gaistal valley with its picturesque mountain pastures and huts. We can gladly rent out bikes and inline skates to our guests.
During the winter months the Region Seefeld is, above all, renowned for its immaculately groomed cross-country ski tracks. No fewer than 271 kilometres of tracks are at the disposal of our guests FREE OF CHARGE. And, if you feel like a change from skiing, enjoy a leisurely, invigorating winter walk through the snow-covered landscape of the Leutaschtal valley.
