For cross-country skiing enthusiasts, the entrance to the cross-country ski trail is right in front of our house.
By bike you are at the gateway to the Karwendel in about 3 minutes and can enjoy the landscape with all its breathtaking facets.
For freestylers, the Bangerpark is not far away (5 minutes on foot). From our house you can watch the daring jumps wonderfully.
