Cancellation term
Cancelling up to 45 days before the rental period begins: 10% (€25.00 minimum); cancelling 44-21 days before the rental period begins: 50%;
cancelling 20-5 days before the rental period begins: 85%
If you cancel later than that, you'll pay 100% of the agreed amount.
The date of the postmark is decisive for adhering to these periods.
We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.
