Cancellation term

If you cancel the holiday you booked with us, we are obliged to charge a cancellation fee. This cancellation fee applies up to 12 weeks before arrival, and amounts to 50 % of the rental price up to that date, and 90 % of the rental price thereafter. It goes without saying that we will do our best to rent the property out to other guests in order to keep the economic damage to a minimum.

By ticking the box you confirm that you: (i) agree to the booking request for 24 hours; (ii) accept the cancellation conditions mentioned on the website; (iii) agree to pay if the host accepts this booking request within 24 hours, and the booking is binding; (iv) agree to the free registration with Traum-Ferienwohnungen; and (v) accept the general terms and conditions and privacy policy.
