We offer 2 completely renovated Tyrolean style (partially painted rustic furniture) apartments with balconies. Each apartment has a kitchenette, Tyrolean living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Outside there's a large terrace, lawn for sunbathing, vine arbour for relaxing, ping-pong table and barbecue. For our little guests: a pedal tractor, swing—including a monkey swing, slide, climbing rope, sandpit, tree house and, of course, our popular petting zoo, where you can help with feeding. In the cowshed you can also watch milking and feeding, pet calves and get fresh milk by yourself for breakfast. Of course, a ride on the big tractor is also possible.
We offer a morning bread service, all kinds of drinks, South Tyrolean "Roten", Völs apple juice without sugar or preservatives, fresh walnuts, and in autumn, our own apples. Hiking maps and books, but especially insider tips.

For our guests we have an extensive bookshelf stocked with South Tyrolean history books; Völs cookbooks; illustrated books about hikes, flowers, mushrooms and plants; hiking maps and hiking books over nearby surroundings and those further afield; climbing tours; and information about museums, castles and palaces. Books, card games and games for adults and children.
The 'Health Spa at the Nature Park' Völs am Schlern is located at the base of the Sciliar at 880 m above sea level. We are located in the idyllic neighbourhood of Ums, about 4 km from Völs. Our quiet detached location with stunning panoramic views invites you to relax and unwind. The famous Alpe di Siusi is about 6 km away, the rose garden area can be reached in about 15 km. The Völser Weiher (natural pond) is ideal for swimming.
The lovely state capital of Bozen can be reached in 20 minutes. The
You can reach us via the Autobahn: Innsbruck-Brenner-Bolzano - exit Bolzano-Nord. Then go left on the state road towards Brenner to Blumau; then take the left Seiseralm-Völs tunnel. In Völs go right at the roundabout towards Obervöls-Ums, then straight ahead until the small district of Ums. At the small village square turn left down towards the sawmill. From here there are signposts. Go directly behind the sawmill, right down along the stream. After about 500m you will reach several houses. Now turn right over the bridge and after about 250m you'll reach the Trafisölerhof

Please note: The booking becomes binding upon payment of the deposit (booking security) and the issuance of the booking confirmation. The deposit will not be refunded in event of a cancellation. In addition, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellation terms and conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB (Swiss Civil Code).
No later than 90 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be canceled without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. Cancellation no later than 30 days before the arrival date: 60% of the agreed to total price. Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show: the total price must be paid. Please inform us in a timely manner if you cannot make your trip.
Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend that you take out Roter Hahn travel cancellation insurance when you book your stay. This will cover the cancellation fees and you can look forward to your holiday with no stress. The deposit is €100.00 - €150.00, depending on the length of the stay
The local tax for our business is 1.75 € per person/night and is charged separately by the municipality.
Children up to 14 years of age are exempt!
Both flats have been completely renovated and refurnished in winter 2019.
COVID-19: As always, the accommodation will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected; additionally,
the air will also be sterilised with a disinfection device. Each apartment is also equipped with
disinfectant to guarantee you a safe, relaxing holiday without the daily stress!
