A booking is only valid if it has been confirmed by us in writing.
In order to save you inconvenience, please take out a travel cancellation insurance. In this way you avoid cancellation costs due to illness or other justified reasons. The DEHOGA stipulates that 90% of the agreed price will be charged in the event of a booking cancellation for holiday apartments.
