Holiday destination

This finca is located near the railroad tracks, so it is possible you hear the noise from time to time. This is at the same time, an advantage because you can use this means of transport to go to many towns. In the centre of Sa Pobla you will find everything you need for a nice stay. By car, you can visit the village of Pollensa, which is also very near. It is a wonderful villa which is worth a visit: Its marvellous cobble stone streets with little shops. We recommend you to go to the so called "Calvari", a little chapel at the top of the village with spectacular views. The beaches of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort are only 20 minutes drive from the house. These are fine and white sandy beaches, ideal for a dip in their crystalline waters or to taste a "paella" by the shore.

Eine perfekte Unterkunft für den perfekten Urlaub auf Mallorca... Bei der Ankunft fanden wir eine super tolle, sehr saubere Unterkunft vor. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs für den Anfang (Toast, Frischkäse, Wurst, eine Flasche Wasser, Obst und etwas Süßes). Vielen Dank dafür! Die Küche voll ausgestattet, die Betten bequem, deutsche Fernsehsender, ein schönes großes Bad, und ein Pool, der unsere Erwartungen übertraf. Highlight für uns waren die Orangenbäume im Garten, für frisch gepressten Saft jeden Morgen. Auch die 50m entfernt fahrende Bahn störte nicht wirklich, da sie nur einmal pro Stunde (nachts gar nicht) vorbei fährt. Lediglich die vielen, im Haus verteilten, Lufterfrischer braucht es nicht. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder...........

Dies war unser 5er Fincaurlaub und die Finca Es Serral war definitiv die beste, die wir bislang hatten. Sie überzeugt durch und durch. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die sehr gute Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer, die vielen Handtücher (auch für den Pool), die Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, die schönen Außenmöbel und den gepflegten Rasen am Pool. Die Lage direkt an den Gleisen war für uns kein Problem. 1 mal pro Stunde fährt ein kurzer Zug vorbei, das sind ein paar Sekunden "Ruhestörung". Nachts fährt er nicht. An den schönen und nicht ganz so überlaufenen Strand in Can Picafort (Ses Capellans) fährt man ca. 15 Minuten. Der Eigentümer wohnt direkt nebenan, er hält sich aber dezent im Hintergrund. Lediglich der Bereich vor dem Haus könnte noch ein bisschen verschönert werden.
