If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who will enter into the contract for the same period under the same conditions, the following proportional rents (excluding final cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:

Perfect beach in front with direct access, one of the best places to stay in the Gradac area.
5km promenade for running in the morning and excellent places for diner/drinks,
not too many but wit breathtaking views of the sea and mountains of the Peninsula.
looking forward to go back again.
Es ist alles gut zu erreichen wie Makarska ca 33 km zum größeren Einkauf auch Dubrovnik 116 km auch Ploce zum Lebensmitteleinkauf ca 14 km. Wir hatten Fewo 5 mit direkten Blick auf's Wasser. Es gab an der Wohnung einige Defizite aber das war nicht schlimm.Es gab einige male Abfluss Gerüche. Die Birne im Spiegelschrank war defekt so wie im Schlafzimmer am Nachttisch war auch die Lampe defekt. Ansonsten alles gut um einen schönen Urlaub im Steinhaus- Dalmatien zu verbringen. Sauberkeit war auch in Ordnung.Liebe Grüsse an Ivan,Ivana und im Hintergrund Nina. Gruß von Steffi und Heiko
