The bright and charming Presqu'ile H5 holiday apartment is located near the impressive harbor area of Gruissan and only about 200 meters from the supervised lagoon beach "Plage du Grazel". This centrally located apartment warmly welcomes up to four guests to enjoy a varied holiday.
A living space of about 35 m² is spread over two levels. A small living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchenette with a counter, a bedroom with a double bed, and a daylight bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet on the entrance level are complemented by an open gallery with another double bed and a second toilet with a washbasin.
It's delightful to watch boats and yachts lifting their anchors right below the balcony while enjoying breakfast in the morning sun, setting off for the open sea.
Until midday, the terrace, equipped with a bar table, sun chairs, and an electric plancha, is spoiled by the sun and until the evening graced with a unique view (!) of the harbor, water, and sea!
On the top floor of a two-story house; bedroom with a double bed; gallery with a double bed; bathroom with natural light; two toilets; balcony with a magnificent view; located in the harbor yet away from the hustle and bustle; yachts anchored right below the balcony; about 200 meters to the bathing beach.

Located on the edge of the harbor area of Gruissan and only about 200 meters from the beach of the lagoon "Plage du Grazel".
From the living-dining area (large sliding glass doors) and from the balcony, there is a fantastic view of the water and a section of the impressive yacht harbor. The open sea with its kilometers-long sandy beach is about 1,500 meters away.
All the shops, restaurants, and cafes of the harbor with its countless sailing yachts, an open-air stage, and much more can be reached within a few minutes.
Also within walking distance is the old established center of Gruissan with its picturesque alleys and the colorful market bustle, which takes place three days a week.
