This vacation home will captivate you with its exclusive and unique location: directly in front of the terrace opens a lush green nature reserve, which is crisscrossed with extensive hiking trails along the water. To the right - less than 50 meters away - a lagoon invites you to swim and surf. To the left, the blue waters of the Mediterranean and the fine sand of the endless beach shimmer through the blossoms of the oleander bushes.
Without having to cross a street, the lagoon and the sea are reached in a few steps.
The house itself presents itself on the first floor with a well arranged, bright living-dining area, a large, very well equipped kitchen with a window overlooking the beautiful landscape, and a small bathroom with shower and toilet.
Two bedrooms - with double bed and with two single beds - delight with fantastic views of the sea, the lagoon and the Pyrenees. A second bathroom, also with shower and toilet, joins the bedrooms on the upper floor.
The large terrace running across the corner on two sides of the house offers more than the usual - for breakfast the morning sun, for relaxation the afternoon sun and for the end of the day the evening sun, and all this coupled with a liberating far-reaching view of the countryside, sea, lagoon and mountains.

The house in the residence Hameaux de la Plage in Gruissan-Les Ayguades borders directly on a nature reserve and is only a stone's throw away from the bathing lagoon and the sea.
Several restaurants in different price categories and all shopping facilities (bakery, supermarket, magazines, etc.) in the immediate vicinity of the residence, plus the diverse nature (beach, water, forest, mountains) and the varied leisure activities offer the whole family Kurzweil and pure relaxation.
The harbor and old town of Gruissan with its vibrant marina, the market that takes place three times a week, the picturesque alleys, the many stores, restaurants and cafes, with cultural monuments and rich history are, located at a medium distance (about 5 km) from the vacation home, always worth a trip.
