Moulis en Medoc is located about 35 KM northwest of Bordeaux. The Atlantic is approximately 35 KM away.
You can reach the large freshwater lake Maubuisson / Hourtin after 25 KM.
In just a few minutes from Moulis, you are on the Route des Chateaux with the famous Chateau Margaux, Chateau Palmer, Chateau Mouton Rothschild, and many others. You can reach the Gironde in five minutes. Here you can take the ferry from Lamarque to Blaye and visit the Citadel of Blaye (World Heritage Site). Bordeaux, with its diverse offerings, can be reached in 30-35 minutes by car, or alternatively, you can take the train.
You have various travel options, depending on the direction you are coming from, the destination is Bordeaux (from Paris take the A10). Cross the Pont d'Aquitaine towards Bordeaux-Merignac Airport. Exit at exit number 7 from the "Rocade" and head towards Pauillac / Le Verdon.
Pass Castelnau de Medoc in the direction of Le Verdon. In Bouqueyran, turn right at the traffic light towards Moulis en Medoc.
