Near the villa there are tennis court, football stadium, miniature golf and the other sport activities. The nearest beach, 50 meters from us, has a lot of shade as well as sunbeds and parasols upon charge.

Holiday destination

Villa is surrounded by charming mediterranean garden. In front of the villa there is a big private parking in natural shade. Various sport activities, concerts and other cultural events, local restaurants and numerous shops will fulfil your day !

Getting there

Villa is very near to the Horizont Hotel. If you don't have navigation system in your car the unique colour of our villa will lead you to us... If you arrive by plane, we can organise shuttle from the airport to our house.

Perfekte Unterkunft für uns und unsere Freunde
Wir kommen jedes Jahr in die Lila Villa zu Denisa
und haben uns von der erst ersten Minute an wie zu Hause gefühlt
Schöne Zimmer, besonders nette Gastgeberin und sehr hilfreichen Gastgeber

Eine tolle Unterkunft und eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist sehr Zentral und schön gelegen. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern (1, 7) dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Schade nur das der Balkon für Kinder recht gefährlich ist :(, daher musste unser kleiner immer drin bleiben, aber sonst sehr schön um abends draußen zu sitzen. Wenn alles klappt kommen wir nächstes Jahr auf jeden fall wieder. Danke für alles.

Toller Familienurlaub!

Wir waren das vierte mal in Baska Voda und haben immer eine Ferienwohnung gebucht. Sie waren alle gut. Aber die Wohnung in Vila Lila bei Frau Parts hat die anderen 3 Wohnungen in allem Belangen übertroffen. Wir fühlten uns auf anhieb wie zu Hause.
Vermieterin wohnt im Haus. Sie hatte für alles gesorgt. Es war ein Service wie in einem Hotel. Wir werden mit Sicherheit diese Ferienwohnung wieder buchen. Wir können diese mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Sehr nah zum Strand aber dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Alles ist in der nähe wie z.B. Supermarkt, Post, Bank, Restaurants, Centrum u.v.m. Vermieterin spricht mehrere Sprachen und vor allem Dingen Deutsch. Die Kommunikation ob per Tel. oder E Mail war jederzeit sehr gut! Empfehlenswert !!!
