Located in the quiet district of Mützenich near Monschau, this 4-star holiday home was renovated in 2015 and has a spacious garden and large south-facing terrace. The High Fens (Mützenich Fens) is only 50m away, the Eifelsteig goes right by the holiday home! Monschau and Eifel National Park are reachable in just a few minutes by car.
With approx. 70m², 2-4 people will have plenty of space. All living spaces are furnished in modern Scandinavian style. The kitchen incl. dining counter is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and much more. Furthermore, there are 2 separate bedrooms, 1 sleeping/living area (gallery) and 1 bathroom with shower/toilet. A modern pellet stove offers warmth and cosiness on cooler days.
Marvellous location on the Mützenich Fens right on the Eifelsteig, large garden (1,800 sq. m.). Private parking space right at the house. Note for dog owners: The property is not fully fenced in.

Mützenich is the ideal starting point for hikes or bicycle tours.
Wander through the amplitudes of the forests in Eifel National Park, explore the Eifelsteig and the highest upland moor in Europe, the "High Fens". You can also go on an easy cycling tour on RAVeL bike path that was opened in 2012 (the former Vennbahnstraße). These destinations are within walking distance.
Discover Monschau - the "Pearl of the Eifel". Enjoy the idyllic half-timbered homes or local culinary delicacies!
Directions: A4 (from Düsseldorf/Köln (Cologne)):
At Aachener Kreuz take the Lüttich exit onto the A 44 to the Lichtenbusch exit; left onto the B 258 towards Monschau; - through Roetgen to Konzen. After the town sign for Konzen turn right towards "Mützenich/Hatzevenn" (signed) and drive until Mützenich. Approx. 700m after the town sign, turn right onto the street "Im Brand". The holiday home is located about 1 km down on the left side.

A cancellation must be made in writing. Should you need to cancel and efforts to get a new booking are unsuccessful: Less than 60 days prior to arrival 60%, up to 14 days prior to arrival 80%, up to 2 days prior to arrival or in case of a no-show 100% of the booking price. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
