The same applies to the dinghy and its use. By booking a holiday on Habitide, you expressly agree to this regulation. We reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time at our discretion in the event of extreme weather conditions and other circumstances that would affect your safety on board. You will then receive the entire booking amount back. This does not give you any entitlement to compensation for damages from us.
