Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the agreed total price. From the day of arrival, the full total price is charged, unused vacation days are not deducted. Holiday destination
The Burggrafenamt area is characterized by noteworthy castles, a mild Mediterranean climate, and the surrounding mountain world. There are hiking opportunities in the low mountain ranges as well as in the high mountains (with the possibility of ascending numerous peaks). Merano, as a spa town, offers a rich array of cultural and leisure events. Winter ski resorts are easily accessible, as are bathing lakes and public outdoor pools or natural swimming pools.
Getting there
To reach us by car, exit the Brenner motorway at Bolzano Sud and immediately take the "MeBo" expressway towards Merano. After about 30 km, please exit at Merano Centro, go through the underpass and at the 1st roundabout turn right (towards the train station) and at the 2nd roundabout turn into Laurinstraße. Follow Laurinstraße for approximately 1.5 km and then turn left into Walserstraße (a narrow passage leads to Algund). 20 meters further on the south side, you will see "Weinmesserhof - Apartments". Welcome!
By train, travel to Merano main train station. Directly at the station, you can reach us with bus line No. 3 or the Merano-Thurnstein line; taxis are also available right in front of the station or you can contact us for a pickup (by arrangement). Welcome!

Urlaubshof in sehr ruhiger Lage. Nette Vermieter die uns mit Ratschlägen unterstützt haben, saubere sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Angenhme Matratzen, Brötchenservice, Liegewiese.
Wir haben uns hier super erholt und können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
An Ausflugsmöglichkeiten bietet Meran eine ganze Menge. Von Bergwanderungen, Bädern, Schlösser und Burgen, das schöne Städtchen Dorf Tirol, supertolle Gastwirtschaften- mal muss einfach mal dahin.
