Welcome to our stunning villa Lucy in Rojnici on a property of 3700 m² of private land. It features a large swimming pool located in the center of the spacious garden with lawn, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and playground with swings.

Villa Lucy from the construction year 1787 was completely renovated in 2013 into a typical Istrian detached house - adapted for renting.
The property is fenced by a thick stone wall. In total there are seven bedrooms, an outdoor dining area, as well as a large indoor space.
