"Bright and spacious flat close to the centre and yet in a quiet location. Large balcony with pretty plants and quiet inner courtyard. Very modern bathroom. Everything available that you need and yet not cluttered. Sufficient cupboards, washing machine, fridge and freezer, television, etc. Overall quiet house with spacious staircase and lift. The landlord and landlady are very friendly and accommodating. Very good contact for all concerns. We learned to appreciate the bus connection in front of the door and also close to the underground (Südtiroler Platz). The bakery across the street (15 sweet minutes) is real artisan bakery and they have high quality and delicious stuff. Next to it is a cycle path directly to Karlplatz. We were a dad and three big children and felt very comfortable. Thank you again."
