"Ein wunderbares Haus mit allem Komfort, ideal für uns zwei Paare mit Kindern und Hund. Der beheizte Pool, die Terrassen und der Olivenhain im sehr großzügigen Garten oder auch der stilvolle Innenraum mit seinem urgemütlichen Sitzplatz sind einfach herrlich! Wir haben den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen und würden das Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen."

"Traveled with my family of 4, with newborn to Villa Theresa. The reception was more than fine. First thing that caught my eyes was the lush terrassed garden with multiple sitting corners. House is freshly painted and everything works well. I loved the Jacuzzi and Sauna option. Apparently the owner installed a new pool just before we came. A pleasure to cool off in and swim between de greens. Mountain air with seabreeze was an absolute hit with the wife. She slept like a baby. Amazing nappings for myself. Garden is completely closed, so kids couldn't run off. Closeby charming novi vinodolski village offers everything one might need for groceries and dining."
