"Wir waren jetzt das vierte Mal in der Villa Timo und hatten wieder eine unglaublich schöne und erholsame Zeit zu zweit. Die Villa Timo ist ein außergewöhnlich schönes Ferienhaus, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alles ist genauso wie abgebildet. Die Ausstattung ist top. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden - und noch mehr!!"
"Auch Ende Oktober sehr zu empfehlen, da es mehrere Heizpaneele in der Wohnung gibt. Sauber, freundlich, und nicht weit zu den Stränden. Gerne wieder."

The location is incredibly peaceful, making it ideal for a truly relaxing holiday. The house is fully equipped (there’s even a hot dog machine!), and the outdoor kitchen under the pergola allows you to fully enjoy the terrace with a view of the pool. The region offers endless opportunities for those wanting to explore the rich culture, traditions, and authentic flavors of Puglia! Thank you, thank you, thank you! "Alloggio ideale per famiglie con bambini, la casa era molto confortevole, spaziosa e con tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile in Puglia. Ero equidistante da tutto quello che c'era da vedere in Puglia (tra cui Matera che non è Puglia). È obbligatorio avere la macchina per spostarsi. Il paese è a 5 minuti e c'è tutto. Una casa soleggiata e fresca con tutti i comfort. La nostra vicina Stella è stata meravigliosa con noi e con i nostri figli le faccio una menzione speciale perché ci ha sempre fornito aiuto e i nostri figli chiedevano di lei ogni giorno (grazie Stella!). Tutto ha funzionato alla perfezione e se tornassimo in Puglia rifaremmo sicuramente l'esperienza. Un luogo circondato da olive, piante aromatiche e tanto sole. Consigliamo la casa ️"

"Die Casa di Carlo ist einfach nur ein Traum. Angefangen mit dem liebevoll eingerichteten Häuschen in dem es an nichts fehlte. Der wunderschöne, große Garten mit den Olivenbäumen, Obstbäumen, Blumen und Kräutern die wir auch zum Kochen verwenden durften. Die vielen schönen Plätzchen rund ums Haus, die einfach zum Verweilen einladen. Ein Mega-Highlight ist natürlich der tolle, große Pool. Die Betreuung vor Ort von Sergio und Christina war einfach nur spitze!! Wir kamen regelmäßig in den Genuss von Sergios selbstangebautem Gemüse und Früchten. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Casa di Carlo mit unserem kleinen Havaneser Loki und fühlten uns dort auch sehr willkommen und sicher. Vielen lieben Dank an Margarete und Sven - Christina und Sergio."
"We had a pleasant stay in October 2023. Specchiola is definitely calm at this period and we enjoyed to see the fishermen each morning. The apartment is nice and well furnished. People from the agency are nice and gave us good advices."
