Het appartement ligt in aan de noordrand van Oberhausen. Het is zeer comfortabel en smaakvol ingericht. De foto's op de site geven een goed beeld. Wie fietsen meeneemt, kan die in de garage stallen. Groot pluspunt is de verrassend veelzijdige omgeving: natuur en industrieel erfgoed. Niet alleen mijnen, Halden en hoogovens, maar ook oude woonwijken, zoals Eisenheim. Bijzonder is de rustige ligging in het groen ,terwijl de stad dichtbij is. Je kunt er naartoe over een vrijliggend fietspad of met de bus ( frequente vertrektijden, halte dichtbij) . Kortom: zeer aan te bevelen!
