The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our historic wine estate, in a central location near the village center.
Our winery is centrally located yet quiet. From the holiday apartment, you enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment has a double bedroom with a south-facing balcony, a kitchen-living room with a pull-out couch and satellite TV, and a shower with a toilet.
From our swimming pool, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city of Merano and the surrounding mountains. Various wines are produced on our winery from our own grapes. Apple juice, fresh eggs, and fruit spreads also come exclusively from our own production. From Monday to Saturday, we offer a bread roll service.
Bus stop, shops, pharmacy, and train station are within walking distance.
On our family-run vineyard, we produce sparkling wine, red, white, and rosé wines, apple juice, fruit spreads, and free-range eggs. During our vineyard tours with tastings in our old stone vault, you'll gain a detailed insight into the vintner's life.

The "Weindorf Marling" is situated at an altitude of 363 meters, in close proximity to the spa town of Meran. Nestled between fruit orchards and vineyards, this small village stands out with its typical hilly landscape and the imposing parish church.
In winter, various ski resorts can be reached within a 20-30 minute drive.
In the village, you'll find restaurants, small grocery stores, a pharmacy, a doctor, a bus stop, and a train station for the Vinschgau Railway, which offers a convenient way to take a trip into the beautiful Vinschgau. The entrance to the Marlinger Waalweg is a 20-minute walk away.
By car:
From the Brenner motorway A22, take the exit at Bolzano Sud, then onto the expressway towards Merano, take the Marling exit, towards Marling Centro. Turn left at the church, then left again after 30m. After about 200m, you will reach Pardellerhof.
If you are coming via the Reschen Pass, turn right towards Marling immediately after the Forst brewery.
By train:
from Merano station: bus line 212 to the village center of Marling.
From Marling station (Vinschgau railway): bus line 212, or a 20-minute walk.

If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, the 25% deposit will be retained. If you cancel 29 to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price will be due. For later cancellation, delayed arrival, or early departure, we will charge 100% of the price of the missing nights. To avoid any unpleasant cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance (European travel insurance) yourself (you can find the link on our homepage).
