We live here in a sunny, wide valley. Our experienced mountain guides are quite sure, that our part of the alps is the most lovely at all.
The lodging is situated in a quiet residential street, but nevertheless there are just about 5 minutes to get all shopping needs, and a very good brunch at the bakers shop.
Sonthofen is in the very middle of excellent holiday facilities:
Insel Mainau at Lake Constance, Olympiatown Oberstdorf, World Cup Skiing Ofterschwang, Zugspitze, Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, cosy little villages like Bad Hindelang, Kleinwalsertal etc. are nearby.
From Ulm, Munich, Augsburg please follow the direction Kempten. If you passed Kempten please take the way labelled with Oberstdorf.
Near Immenstadt follow the signs "Sonthofen".
Please take the first slip road to Sonthofen.

1. Der Abschluß des Gastaufnahmevertrages verpflichtet beide Vertragspartner zur Erfüllung des Vertrages, gleichgültig, für welche Dauer der Vertrag abgeschlossen ist. Ein einseitiger, kostenfreier Rücktritt seitens des Gastes von einer verbindlichen Buchung ist grundsätzlich ausgeschlossen.
2. Tritt der Gast dennoch vom Vertrag zurück, ist er verpflichtet, unabhängig vom Zeitpunkt und vom Grund des Rücktritts, den vereinbarten oder betriebsüblichen Preis zu zahlen. Der Inhaber des Beherbergungsbetriebes muss sich jedoch ersparte Aufwendungen auf den Erfüllungsanspruch anrechnen lassen.
Von der Rechtsprechung wird der Wert der ersparten Aufwendungen bei Vermietung einer Ferienwohnung pauschal mit 10 % bis 20% des Unterkunftspreises als angemessen anerkannt.
3. Der Inhaber eines Beherbergungsbetriebes hat nach Treu und Glauben eine nicht in Anspruch genommene Unterkunft anderweitig zu vermieten und muss sich das dadurch Ersparte auf die von ihm geltend gemachte Stornogebühr anrechnen lassen.
4. Dem Gast bleibt der Nachweis vorbehalten, dass dem Beherbergungsbetrieb ein geringerer Schaden entstanden ist.
5. Die Rücktritterklärung ist an den Beherbergungsbetrieb zu richten und sollte im Interesse des Gastes schriftlich erfolgen.
6. Der Abschluß einer Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung wird dringend empfohlen.
