Getting there
Follow the Roma - Grosseto, Cecina, and San Vincenzo motorway for about 25 km.
At the Donoratico exit, continue towards Castagneto Carducci and Sassetta. After about 6 km, you will reach a sharp curve, continue to follow the road towards Monteverdi Martittimo.
At signpost 14.7, you will reach the GUALDA junction.
To the property, there is a typical Tuscan gravel road about 1.8 km long. It is not a paved, asphalt road. Drive slowly! The path to paradise is rocky. Not suitable for low-slung sports cars.

Host informationIn 1994, Pierre found this property and house as a ruin and rebuilt it. For many years now, we have been sharing our little paradise with our guests, who appreciate the peace and nature just as much as we do. The feel-good factor is very important to us and we are always available for questions, requests, and suggestions.

Als gestresster Single kam ich nach langer Fahrt bei Pierre u Catherina in Gualda an. Herzlichere Gastgeber u eine besser ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im Landhausstil gibt es nicht.(War ein Tipp einer Bekannten!) Die Lage traumhaft ruhig, mit Ausblick weit über toskanische Hügel, d kühle Pool eine Erfrischung u Belebung. Blumen überall, Aussenküche zusätzlich und das Beste, ich habe mich nie einsam gefühlt weil ich in die "Familie" integriert wurde, mit vielen Tipps für Ausflüge versorgt und dann noch meine Geburtstagsüberraschung mit Geschenk und Zwetschgendatschi! Super, vielen lieben Dank an Euch, ich komme nächstes Jahr wieder. Ein Tipp an Oldtimer Fahrer od. mit tiefen Schürzen, das letzte Stück z Haus, langsam fahren. Dafür entlohnt die wunderbare Lage des Grundstücks.

Klasse Ferienwohnung, im toskanischen Stil. An Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, sie ist gut überlegt eingerichtet. Dank des großen Pools und und der ruhigen abgelegenen Lage kommt man perfekt zur Ruhe und Entspannung. Die Gastgeber Catharina und Pierre sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ihr Anwesen und die Wohnungen sind sauber und gepflegt.
Sie haben genügend Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurants auf Lager, die wir gerne angenommen haben :-)
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem kleinen Paradies!
