- for cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) to the 14th day before the day of arrival (excluding): 90% of the total travel sum, excluding tourist tax.

The location is convenient. You can reach the dunes within a few minutes on foot and there you can also enjoy beautiful bike rides. The magnificent beach of Egmond is less than 250 meters away from the house!

Getting there
You take the A12 from Germany towards Arnhem, Utrecht.
At Utrecht, you take the A2 towards Amsterdam.
After about 25 km, take the A9 towards Amstelveen and then after 20 km continue on the A9 towards Alkmaar.
Then take the exit for Alkmaar/Heiloo, 3/4 around the roundabout towards Heiloo and then Egmond. Follow the road towards Egmond aan Zee.
Then drive to Karel Doormanlaan 13.

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Sommerhaus, sauber und gut ausgestattet mit einem Augenmerk aufs Detail (selbst Nähzeug und Pflaster gab es). Dazu noch sehr nette Vermieter - was will man mehr?!
Wir haben sofort unseren nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht!

Wir haben uns zu dritt sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Das Wohn/Esszimmer ist gemütlich und hell eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein aber hat alles gereicht. Die Lage ist super. Man ist schnell am Strand und im Zentrum zum Einkaufen. Die Sitzecke draußen haben wir nicht genutzt da es noch zu frisch war, dafür haben wir dort unsere Fahrräder stehen gehabt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
