Our 94m² large, non-smoking apartment has a sunny living room with a comfortable corner sofa, a big flat-screen TV (cable), DVD player, VCR, stereo system and free WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with top appliances, e.g. dishwasher, stove, oven fridge and a freezer compartment.
The apartment has a total of 3 bedrooms, two have double beds (1.80m) and one a 1.40m-wide bed. Aside from the bathroom with tub, separate shower and WC, there's also a guest WC.
Our house has an underground garage, where you can park your car at no charge!
The house has a garage with free underground parking for our guests.
You can wash your clothes in the separate laundry room with washing machine and clothes drying rack.

Take the A8 Munich/München - Salzburg and the exit Bad Reichenhall. Continue on the B20 towards Berchtesgaden. In Berchtesgaden, continue on the B20 towards Königssee. Shortly before the Berchtesgaden town exit you'll want to turn left into the Vorderbrandstraße / Faselsberg. Follow the street until you reach the folk Hellielstraße on the left.
