Materada is a part of Porec close to the seaside with private houses and hotel complex. a bit futher away.
The beach is just across the street with sports activities. Tennis courts are ca. 250m from the house as well as a local shop, restaurants, pizzeria.
It is situated 20 min walking distance from the centre of Porec. There is also a small summer train that goes from Hotel Valamar Pinia (ca. 5 min walking distance) into the centre of Porec.
