A beautiful covered terrace, a private swimming pool and a small playground with swings and slide await you. Enjoy the wonderful view into the green. At the pool a dining area with barbecue possibility was arranged. For your mediterranean cuisine you will find aromatic herbs and tomatoes in the garden.
On the first floor you will find the spacious living and dining area with direct access to the terrace and the very well equipped kitchen. On this level there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with washing machine.
The second floor accommodates five more sleeping possibilities. In the first bedroom there is a double bed and in the second bedroom there are three single beds available. Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub complete this floor.

In the case of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges an allowance of up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, which is 30% of the total rental amount and then 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot succeeds in letting the object to be rented in the time initially booked by you after receipt of the cancellation notice, the expense allowance will be reduced to 50% in the latter case. These costs can be covered on request by a travel cancellation insurance.
