The holiday apartment or cottage features two living units, meaning two apartments in the house. From the terrace, you have a fantastic view of the pool, which is over 50m2. Each apartment is equipped with a bedroom (double bed). In the living-dining area, we offer an additional sleeping option on the sofa bed. Both apartments are identically equipped and are mirror images of each other. Depending on your needs, both apartments can be booked together or just one.
The kitchen is equipped with all kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a small bathtub and a bidet.
The large terrace is spacious and perfect for relaxing. Behind the Jakici accommodation is the stable. Horses, donkeys, and sheep; a paradise for both adults and children.
Two holiday apartments are available, each with one bedroom and a sleeping option on the sofa for up to four people. If both apartments are booked (e.g., two couples, friends, friendly families, or a family with grandparents), the pool is even for private use.

The holiday apartment is located in Sv. Lovrec. The town is 2km away. It is 13km to the city of Porec and the city of Vrsar.
Sv. Lovrec is a beautiful, typical Istrian town with many charming stone houses and extraordinary tranquility. There is a small grocery store, restaurants, cafes, a post office, and a kiosk. Everything you need.
The Lim Fjord is about 6km away.
Take the Salzburg-Villach-Karawankentunnel-Ljubljana-Koper-Croatian border Kastel, towards Umag-Pula (Istrian Y expressway), take the Sv.Lovrec-Medaki exit, head towards Sv. Lovrec, turn right at the Dolinji Jakici village sign, enter the village, it goes briefly uphill and now it is the last house on the right side.
