The country house, a historic property, was built in the 17th century and has been lovingly and carefully restored in recent years. Under the facade, with its natural tones and colours, there is a typical island country house made of stone.
The cooking area in the country house has been preserved in form and function such as the bread oven or hand-hewn stone lintels and stairs. The Roman compound features a travertine stone floor that emphasises the originality of the country house.
The Mediterranean country house-style interior is modest and simple, just like the house itself.
The parking lot and thus the closest drivable road are approx. 300 m from the house.
In summer, the terrace is a meeting place for eating, drinking and relaxing. Wonderful view of the sea and the entire island! The pergola offers protection from the sun during the day, while several light sources create a cosy atmosphere in the evening.

The country house is located in Veli Losinj, approx. 400m from Rovenska Bay, in the district of Rialto. Located on a hill, the view extends over the whole of Veli Losinj, the sea and the entire island all the way to Osor.
The more spacious, fenced properties offer a high degree of privacy, peace and seclusion and yet you're in the heart of the action within minutes, be it in Rovenska Bay or the centre of Veli Losinj. Most houses in the Rialto district are connected by narrow streets.
