Am 7.11.2023 wurde unserem Haus das Energielabel "A" zugewiesen! 32,9% der verbrauchten Energie produzieren wir mit unseren Sonnenkollektoren. Damit ist der Stromverbrauch vollständig gedeckt. Das noch notwendige Gas für die Heizung beziehen wir als sogenanntes "CO2-Kompensiertes Gas".
Bitte versuchen Sie dennoch mit einer Wohnraumtemperatur von nicht mehr als 21°C auszukommen und senken Sie diese in der Nacht ab.

Breskens lies in the south of the Netherlands in the province Zeeland and at the westernmost point of the Westerschelde.
Breskens is easy to reach from various cities. You receive a detailed journey description with the booking confirmation.
The vacation house itself is located in the beach park Breskens. You will walk to the beach in approx. 5-10 minutes.
Breskens (approx. 4500 inhabitants) is famous because of its ferry port mainly (ferry to Vlissingen) and is a fishing village since age here. The fishing port and the fish market is characteristic. Breskens has one of the most beautiful beaches of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen and is the optimal starting point for various activities.
After Cologne approx. 2.5 hour via Aachen, Antwerp, Zelzate.
