Very spacious and comfortable penthouse located on the second floor of a quiet building. It has two spacious bedrooms, a cozy lounge with satellite TV, a fairly complete kitchen, three bathrooms (two with shower and one with bathtube) and two terraces. All windows in the house have electric shutters. One of the terraces is a huge private terrace located on the top floor of the apartment. Both terraces are very sunny and from them you can enjoy fantastic views to the “Solana Matorral” beach and to the white lighthouse of Jandia. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need during your vacation, also linen and towels, both bath and beach towels. There is free WiFi as a courtesy to our guests. We welcome guests personally.
Check in at 16:00 and check out at 12:00. However, we can be flexible with schedules, as long as there are no other check-ins or check-outs from other guests. Please, ask us about this regard. It is necessary a 250 € deposit (in cash) on arrival.

But it's also the perfect place to relax & enjoy the most beautiful beaches of Europe and have a taste of the excellent canary cuisine at the many restaurants you will find in the area.

The easiest way to get to the apartment is by car, but you can also get to the town by bus or taxi, and walk to the apartment. Once the reservation is made we can send you some maps with the exact indications of how to get there. And if you come by bus, you can ask us what your stop would be and how to get to the apartment.

To book the propery an advance payment of 20% of the total is required. The rest will be payed one week before arrival by bank transfer or by cash at the moment of your arrival.
