Above Makarska, in the quiet old village Matici, are single-family houses on 2 floors, the distance from the center of Makarska are only 3.5 km and be in a sunny position, 2.5 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach surrounded by greenery.
To get to Makarska, you must turn left to Veliko Brdo and then drive 2 km to a church, then turn left, direction Matici and drive to the end of the road.
