Cancellation policy
§ 8 resignation by the tenant
The renter can withdraw from the rental at any time before the rental. Decisive is the receipt of the declaration of resignation at the landlord. I recommend to declare the resignation in writing.
8.1 My lump sum entitlement to cancellation fees amounts to the previously agreed rental amount:
until 31st day before arrival 10% of the rent
until the 14th day before arrival 40% of the rental price
until the 5th day before arrival 50% of the rent
until the 2nd day before arrival or non-arrival 80% of the rent

From Cologne-Koblenz the A61 to the exit Pfalzfeld.
In the forest towards St. Goar. After 5km turn right direction Niederburg, 100m after the sign, Rheingoldstraße 31.
From Mainz-Frankfurt the A60 to Bingen am Rhein. Continue the B9 to Oberwesel. From Oberwesel 3km on the Rheinhöhe to Niederburg. End of town on the left side, Rheingoldstraße 31.
The most beautiful directions Routes are over the B 9 of Bingen or Koblenz coming or the B 42 from direction Frankfurt Wiesbaden or Kobenz and with the Kauber ferry on the B 9 then translate.

Auch Ihren Schlafplatz .Das War Super .Alles War Da .Und Sehr Freundlich . empfangen Worden .Bei Abreiße Auch .Jeden Morgen Die Zeitung Super .Uns Hat uns sehr Gefallen . Ein Sehr schöner Garten Kann Mann Auch Grillen. Wandern Kann man ,Uns Hat es sehr Gefallen Komme Gerne Wieder.

Ferienwohnung zum länger bleiben. Sauber, gut ausgestattet, es fehlt einem an nichts!
Toller Garten, läd zum gemütlichen sitzen und grillen ein .
Umgebung mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten , Ausflugszielen und Wanderwegen.
Sehr nette Familie.
