Cancellation policy
Receipt of the Rental Property
If the tenant is unable to receive the rental property at the agreed time, they must immediately inform the landlord in writing. The landlord will attempt to find a replacement. The costs associated with the search are the responsibility of the original tenant, with a minimum cancellation fee of 100.00 EUR being due, even if a replacement tenant is found. If a new tenant is not found, the tenant owes the landlord upon notification:
25% of the rental price if 6 weeks before the start of the trip,
50% of the rental price if 4 weeks before the start of the trip,
100% of the rental price if 2 weeks before the start of the trip.
Existing hidden defects in the rental property or its equipment do not entitle the tenant to refuse the rental property or to reduce the rent, unless the defect was known to the landlord.
Force Majeure
If the fulfillment of the rental contract is significantly hindered, endangered, or impaired directly and concretely as a result of force majeure (natural disasters, war, civil unrest), the landlord may withdraw from the rental contract.

The holiday park offers a variety of leisure activities. There is a soccer field for children, tennis courts, table tennis, playgrounds, mini-golf, a badminton court, and a fitness trail.
Right next to the holiday park, there is a large marina with a small sandy beach, as well as schools for windsurfing, sailing, and diving. Along the Grevelingendam, there are beautiful, extensive cycling paths with natural beaches and sunbathing lawns. Long, clean sandy beaches can be found in Brouwershaven, Renesse, and Westerschouwen, among others. An 18-hole golf course is located in the immediate vicinity. Just a few kilometers away, there is a wonderful riding stable.
Holiday destination
The quaint fishing village of Bruinisse, just a short walk away, is situated right on the shores of Lake Grevelingen. The unique landscape offers a multitude of recreational activities. The center of the park provides everything needed for daily life. The island offers a variety of sightseeing opportunities. Visit Zierikzee, about 12 km away.
The place is easily accessible via well-maintained bicycle paths. Zierikzee is a picturesque, medieval town with many charming cafes and an ancient harbor. From there, boat trips are available.

Host informationA few years ago, we discovered Zeeland and this beautiful park, and we fell in love with it instantly. Here we find peace and relaxation. At the same time, we enjoy the expansive sandy beaches and beautiful dune landscapes. Besides the great cities like Zierikzee, Middelburg, Goes, and Renesse, we are also active as water sports enthusiasts. The Dutch are very hospitable and easy-going - we feel right at home here!

Wir waren Mitte November in der liebevoll eingerichteten Fewo, in der es an nichts fehlt und haben einige wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Die Infrastruktur in der Parkanlage ist vorbildlich. Obwohl nur wenige Gäste im Park waren, hatten alle Locations (Schwimmbad, Fahrradverleih, Minigolf etc.) geöffnet. Traumhaft schöne Strandspaziergänge in Renesse, entspannte Fahrradtour nach Zierikzee (gemäß Vorschlag der Vermieter), tolle Eindrücke im fußläufig erreichbaren Yachthafen in Bruinisse.... all dies machten unseren Aufenthalt hier zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Abends das Kaminfeuer zu genießen rundeten den Gesamteindruck ab. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
