Cancellation and early termination
(1) Cancel (announces) the tenant the contract before the rental period, without naming a new tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, are as compensation after deducting the expenses saved, the following prorated rent (excluding cleaning) to be paid:

Wahnsinns Aussicht. Das Haus hat einen tollen Hanglage mit schöner Aussicht über die Bucht. Vermieter ist sehr nett. Lieferte tägliches frische Brot. Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Alles sehr empfehlenswert.
